Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Data Centre Network Infrastructure (German Speaker)

You speak fluent German, and we’ll show you how to turn it into a career. We’re growing our EU team and looking for a German speaker to recruit into the data centre network infrastructure market across DACH.
Most new recruiters have to work out a market from scratch. You’ll join an established EU team, learn from consultants already working in the region, and have a language edge that most recruiters in London don’t.
The role
You’ll run your own desk and manage the process from first contact to placement:
- Finding and approaching network and data centre infrastructure professionals across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in German, and learning what motivates them
- Working with clients to understand what each role needs
- Managing interviews, feedback, negotiation and offers
- Building your knowledge of data centre networking and infrastructure
- Working to individual targets, with commission that rises as you do

Who we’re looking for
No recruitment experience is needed. You might be a graduate, or come from sales, hospitality or another customer-facing job. You must be fluent in German. What matters is that you:
- Are fluent in German and comfortable holding a business conversation on the phone
- Are motivated by targets and want your pay to reflect your results
- Can talk to all sorts of people and build rapport quickly
- Stay organised and keep going when a week doesn’t go your way
- Want to learn fast and take ownership of your own desk
