This is a retained search and leadership advisory firm working at Board and C-suite level. Average fees are around £110k, so this is senior, high-profile work from day one. The role
- Running research across Board and C-suite search mandates, from market mapping and longlists through to candidate identification and assessment
- Working closely with Partners and Consultants on live assignments
- Building market knowledge across industrials and wider sectors
- Taking on more client exposure as you develop, with a defined route into consulting
What they’re looking for
- Around two years’ experience in retained executive search research
- Strong academic background
- Polished, presentable, and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
- Diligent, hard-working, and thorough
- A genuine interest in industrials
- A generalist outlook rather than narrow functional or sector specialism
Package
£50k base + 20% bonus, with bonus able to exceed this on firm performance
