Role: NPD Technologist
Location: Monaghan
Hours: Full Time, Permanent | Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pmPay: €40,000 – €50,000 (£35,000 – £45,000) | Depending on Experience
A food manufacturing business that provides high-quality meat products for the retail and food service sectors are now looking an NPD Technologist.
The Role:
- You would help develop new food products and improve existing recipes.
- Carry out factory trials, taste testing and quality checks.
- Work with suppliers to source ingredients and packaging.
- Ensure products meet food safety standards and are ready for launch.
The Requirements:
- Food-related degree and/or minimum 2 years’ experience in food product development.
- Flexible with working hours/shifts to suit factory operations.
- Knowledge of BRC and food industry standards preferred.
