Enterprise Solution Architect Associate Director

Overview

In this role you lead the design of complex, multi-tower transformation programs within the Solution Architecture & Planning team, spanning UKI Digital Core offerings and AI-augmented services. You will act as the SME and decision-maker, shaping end-to-end solutions that align with client goals and drive value for both client and Accenture. You’ll influence strategic choices, mentor peers, and present high-impact architectures to senior leadership. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role with a clear impact on delivery quality and transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex, multi-tower, multi-service transformation solutions
• Provide advanced guidance to ensure quality delivery across service areas
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and promote collaboration
• Drive innovation in solution design and project outcomes
• Present solutions to senior leadership and articulate decisions for risk assessment
• Raise quality standards by mentoring peers and promoting best practices in architecture
