Foster & May Limited in the Northwest is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/EA to lead residential projects and apartment schemes. You will act as an Employer’s Agent, overseeing from inception to completion while coordinating with clients, contractors and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires MRICS, a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent, 5+ years PQS experience, and a collaborative mindset.
