SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Supporting the day-to-day management of customer accounts
• Building relationships with customers and providing excellent account support
• Handling customer communication via phone, email and meetings
• Working closely with internal teams to support smooth delivery of products
• Proactively checking in with customers and identifying further requirements
