Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a long-standing Leeds-based company in recruiting a Project Manager or similar with a background in retrofits or refurbishment of residential properties. You will oversee multi-million-pound retrofit projects, manage timescales, budgets and day-to-day site activity.
You will lead Site Managers and Supervisors, conduct surveys, monitor supply chains, ensure specifications are met, and pursue direct progression to Contract Management.
