VM Manager – Styling

Overview

As Lead VM Stylist, you will shape Dunhill’s styling identity across e-commerce, showrooms and global visuals. You’ll collaborate with VM, Marketing, and Creative teams to translate British heritage and seasonal narratives into compelling visual content. You’ll guide styling across digital campaigns, retail displays, and training materials, driving a consistent, elevated brand experience. This is a chance to influence how Dunhill presents luxury across channels and regions, with a strong focus on storytelling and visual impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VM team and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent styling across brand platforms
• Participate in collection styling sessions and showroom preparations, contributing direction and execution
• Contribute styling insights to guide visual direction for digital content, retail displays, and training materials
• Curate and execute product styling for E-commerce shoots (laydowns, model looks)
• Pull and build complete outfits based on seasonal collections
• Support off-cycle shoots with styling prep and execution
• Develop 360 styling and collection training modules (print and video)
• Lead in-store styling sessions across regions to support retail teams
• Support marketing shoots (lookbooks, gifts catalogs) and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics
• Create clear styling guidelines and look direction for VM directives for global retail teams
• Dress and style mannequin looks for Best Practice sessions at Bourdon House
• Collaborate with Creative Services, Marketing, and Design to ensure consistent styling directions

Key requirements
