We’re partnering with a highly successful multinational business to recruit a Legal Counsel to join its established legal team in Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to retain a meaningful litigation caseload while broadening your expertise across commercial contracts, compliance, data protection and regulatory matters.
- Work directly with an experienced General Counsel

The role will involve:
- Managing commercial disputes, supplier issues and debt recovery matters.
- Advising on litigation strategy and dispute resolution.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, logistics and technology agreements.
- Supporting internal investigations and risk management matters.
- Advising on GDPR, AML, sanctions and wider compliance issues.
- Delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across the business.
We’re keen to speak with solicitors who have experience in commercial litigation or disputes and are looking for a broader business-facing role, whether currently in private practice or already in-house.
