Regional Occupancy & Tender Manager

Bupa is seeking a Regional Occupancy Manager to steer occupancy strategy and oversee public sector occupancy across care homes in Kent, Essex and London. The role includes managing occupancy through stakeholder engagement and leading all bidding and tender activity for the region.

You will oversee existing contracts, renewals, and commissioning plans, with a focus on delivering occupancy targets and high-quality proposals in a hybrid work model.
