AI Control Tower Architect & Adoption Leader

ServiceNow is seeking an AICT Architect to lead adoption and enterprise architecture for the AI Control Tower across the EMEA region. You will own the strategy, drive customer outcomes, and enablement for AI governance at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will guide customers through five pillars—Discover, Secure, Govern, Observe, and Value—while aligning product capabilities with regulatory requirements and enterprise platform strategies.
