M&A Legal Director: Commercial Transactions & Growth

Liberty Global plc in London is seeking a commercially minded Director, M&A Legal to join our Legal team. You will support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and growth investments across the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence through completion, balancing legal risk with business objectives.

You will work with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, Treasury and Regulatory teams, coordinate external advisers, and mentor junior colleagues while helping to shape precedents and playbooks
