Hybrid Internal Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator

Ad Warrior Ltd in Redditch is seeking an Internal Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator for a part-time role (20-25 hours/week). Flexible hybrid working is available, with occasional travel to Group locations as needed.

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role supports onboarding, contracts, IT/payroll liaison and compliance.
