Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid, Uncapped Bonus & Growth

Office Angels Watford is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage full recruitment cycles, win new business, source talent, and build strong client relationships across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

Role involves sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates, delivering market insights, and achieving targets in a busy, target-driven environment. Hybrid working is offered.
