If you’re a proactive marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial thinking and wants to play a key role in supporting a network of successful franchise businesses, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

As our Local Marketing Manager, you’ll support franchise offices to raise their profile, strengthen community connections and drive local growth. Working closely with franchise owners, Regional Support Managers and the wider Marketing Team, you’ll provide practical marketing support tailored to local market needs.

This role focuses on community engagement, local partnerships, events, PR and brand visibility, helping offices build a strong presence in their local area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver local marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Support franchise owners with marketing advice and best practice.
  • Build relationships with community groups, charities, healthcare professionals and local organisations.
  • Coordinate local events, networking opportunities and sponsorship activity.
  • Create marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Identify and promote local PR opportunities and success stories.
  • Support the delivery of regional and national campaigns at a local level.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive marketer who enjoys building relationships and helping businesses succeed.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience delivering local marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of community marketing, events, PR and partnership development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations, businesses or projects.
  • Good design and content creation skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Excellent organisation, planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence using data and insights to measure success and improve performance.

Experience in a franchise, multi-site or service-led business would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
