Flexible Warehouse & Office Manager | Lean & People Leadership

Bovill & Boyd is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in East Kilbride. You will lead warehouse and office teams, manage stock, orders, and customer service, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on Lean/5S, and a commitment to health, safety and efficient operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will help align operations with company goals.
