Automated Production Operator – 4 on/4 off (Desford)

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. seeks four experienced Machine/Production Operatives for a brand-new Desford facility. You will operate automated machinery in cutting and palletising areas, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

The role requires hands-on machine operation experience in manufacturing with a 4 on/4 off rotating days and nights pattern. You’ll work 5:30am–6:00pm days or 5:30pm–6:00am nights, with a 6-month rolling contract and a pay rate of £17.98 per hour.
