Children’s Residential Care Manager – Lead & Develop

Cambian, part of the CareTech family, is recruiting a Children’s Registered Manager to reopen a two-bed home in Kingskerswell. You will lead the team, develop tailored care plans, manage budgets and ensure compliance with quality standards and safeguarding regulations.

We expect at least 2 years in residential children’s care with supervisory experience; Level 3 is essential, Level 5 leadership preferred. Flexible working and CPD opportunities are offered within a supportive leadership culture.
