Compliance and Risk Support Officer

Overview

In this role, you support the Estates, Environment and Facilities team to keep the campus estate safe, compliant, and resilient. You will work with technical specialists and stakeholders to strengthen compliance and risk processes, maintain tracking systems, and ensure audit-ready operations. You’ll translate audits and risk assessments into tangible actions, contributing to a proactive compliance culture. This is a chance to impact operations across Clerkenwell, Moorgate and Tooting while supporting students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate statutory compliance activities, audits, inspections, investigations and risk management processes
• Maintain compliance systems and trackers and produce performance reports
• Support business continuity and governance activities
• Ensure actions from audits, inspections and risk assessments are completed
• Act as central point of contact for compliance information and audit readiness

Key requirements

• Experience supporting compliance, audit, risk or governance in a complex organisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks, audit processes or statutory requirements
