Location: London
Job Description:

We’re looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Manager to join a growing hospitality business in London and take ownership of its digital acquisition strategy across multiple channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining data, creativity and commercial thinking to drive measurable growth — from increasing direct bookings and revenue to improving customer acquisition and lifetime value.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for planning, managing and optimising performance marketing activity across paid digital channels, working closely with the wider marketing, e-commerce and commercial teams.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the performance strategy rather than simply execute an established plan, using insight and experimentation to continually improve results.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering the performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display and other relevant digital channels
  • Managing and optimising campaigns to drive bookings, revenue, traffic and customer acquisition
  • Owning performance budgets and ensuring investment delivers strong ROI/ROAS
  • Using data and customer insight to identify opportunities for growth
  • Working closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing campaigns and assets
  • Testing new audiences, channels, creative formats and approaches
  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing clear, commercially focused reporting
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and media partners where appropriate
  • Working closely with CRM, e-commerce, brand and commercial teams to create joined-up customer journeys
  • Keeping up to date with developments across digital advertising, attribution, analytics and emerging performance channels

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong experience in performance/digital marketing, ideally within hospitality, travel, leisure, retail or another consumer-facing environment
  • Hands-on experience across channels such as Google Ads, Meta and paid social
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data and KPIs
  • Experience managing budgets and demonstrating commercial return

    Location: London

    Working pattern: Hybrid
