Lead Luxury Residential M&E Site Manager – Guernsey

Henley Chase is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a prestigious luxury residential development in Guernsey. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate specialist subcontractors, and drive safety, quality and programme adherence from site commencement through completion.

The role requires proven experience in high-value residential projects, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of construction health and safety requirements. SMSTS and CSCS are preferred qualifications.
