Global Robot Support Operations Leader

Engineered Arts seeks a transformational leader to build and run a global support organization for Ameca and Mesmer robots. You will shape installation, remote support, field engineering and end-of-life services, expanding international reach while driving customer excellence.

You will partner with COO and senior leadership to design processes, SOPs and tools, recruit and develop teams, and deliver high-impact customer outcomes across time zones and regions.
