Senior Pre-Construction Manager – Social Housing

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a professional with experience in Pre-Construction, Estimating or Bid Management within the Social Housing sector. In this role you’ll progress projects from tender to contract award, ensuring everything is in place for successful delivery.

You will manage tender submissions, coordinate with Commercial, Estimating, Operations and SHEQ, plan delivery strategies, and build relationships with clients and supply chain partners. A driving licence is required.
