Harvey is building a new era of legal and professional services through AI-driven infrastructure. As a Member of Technical Staff, Infrastructure in Harvey Research, you will own the systems powering post-training for open-weight models used in legal work.

You’ll join a small, high-bar team of engineers and researchers, scaling the post-training stack, improving reproducibility, and ensuring performance, reliability, and fast experimentation across the stack.
