Senior Fire Group Commander – Operational Leadership

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS) is inviting applications for the Group Commander role, aligned to the grey book terms. The post leads both operational and non-operational departments and reports to senior leadership, driving strategy into delivery across the Herefordshire and Worcestershire area.

The successful candidate will model core values, lead a diverse workforce, and oversee performance, risk management and service improvements in a dynamic fire service environment.
