Business Process Manager
Location: Northern Ireland
An established international organisation is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to join its Continuous Improvement function. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of business-wide transformation and process excellence initiatives, driving operational efficiency, standardisation and continuous improvement across multiple business units. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping business processes and influencing strategic change across the wider organisation.

About you
5+ years’ experience within Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation or Operational Excellence.
Proven experience leading end-to-end process improvement and transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering against agreed objectives.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working within a multi-site or complex business environment.
Desirable:
Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment.
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, MES or equivalent.
Experience in digital transformation, process automation or systems optimisation.
What you’ll do
Lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s business process excellence strategy.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business units and functions.
Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies and implement improved operating models.
Champion standardised ways of working and ensure best practice is embedded throughout the organisation.
Lead cross-functional workshops and engage business stakeholders to deliver process improvements.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes and improve operational performance.
Work alongside IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation.
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and identify further improvement opportunities.
Oversee process documentation, SOPs and training to support successful implementation of new processes.
Support and influence senior stakeholders throughout business transformation and change initiatives.
