Hybrid Senior OD & L&D Associate (1–2 Month Contract)

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Organisational Development Associate in Kingston upon Thames to deliver customer-focused L&D and OD services within a Local Authority context.

You will manage learning programmes, apprenticeships, graduate schemes and OD projects, providing admin and operational support while aligning activities with the People Strategy and workforce goals. Hybrid role; 36 hours weekly; umbrella pay at £27.45/hour.
