Wellbeing & Safeguarding Officer – Special School

The Eresby School, Spilsby is seeking a Pastoral & Safeguarding Support Officer to promote pupil safety, wellbeing and emotional development across the school. The post is 30 hours per week during term time and is a permanent role, with responsibilities spanning safeguarding, records, and collaborative work with staff and families.

Full training is available, including Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead development, and the role offers access to Local Government Pension Scheme and other staff
