Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Fast-Paced, People-First

Kingdom People is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brighton team. The role focuses on engaging clients and candidates, managing relationships, and delivering recruitment across sectors.

You should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be comfortable face-to-face, and willing to travel to client sites across the UK. You will work in a fast-paced environment with an on-call rota and Monday–Friday hours.
