Planning Lawyer – Development, Planning & Highways

Leicestershire County Council, based at County Hall, Leicestershire, is seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to join the Environment & Property legal team. You will advise senior officers and elected Members on planning and highway matters, handle major development proposals, planning obligations, enforcement and appeals.

The role requires a qualified solicitor or equivalent, strong planning law knowledge, and ability to work with committees and stakeholders.
