Strategic Community Growth Lead: Asset & Partnerships

East Hampshire District Council seeks a Strategic Community Development Lead to shape how we work with communities across East Hampshire. You will provide strategic leadership, coordinate priorities and support staff in an asset-based approach that strengthens local strengths and partnerships.

You will develop Community Area Partnerships, oversee Community Asset Transfer and Area Deals, and manage multiple programmes with governance and reporting to inform council decisions.
