Showcase HR Manager role based in Ongar with travel to offices across the group. You will lead the People function for a busy service-based group, delivering HR services across multiple offices in the UK and supporting a mix of fixed and remote staff.
The role reports to the Group CEO and covers recruitment, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle, and policy adherence. This maternity cover FTC requires strong HR generalist experience and proactive stakeholder engagement.
