NHS Jobs is seeking a Senior Biomedical Scientist / Team Manager in Infection Sciences. You will lead a team performing advanced infection and molecular analyses on a range of samples, providing expert advice on techniques to support clinical diagnoses and treatments.
You will manage workload to meet urgent turnaround times, mentor staff, coordinate training and competency assessments, and drive quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement across the service.
