Head of Talent: Recruitment & Retention (Hybrid, London)

EMJ is seeking a Head of Recruitment & Retention to attract, develop and retain exceptional people across EMJ and AMJ. Based in London with hybrid working, you will lead the recruitment strategy, coach the team and own the end-to-end experience for candidates and staff.

You will partner with senior leaders, monitor retention metrics and champion employer branding to build a high-performance culture that delivers Gold Medal Winners throughout the business.
