Gama Aviation Plc in Bournemouth Airport is seeking a Shift Lead Engineer to run the Base Maintenance team on a 5-5-4 shift pattern. You will lead daily engineering activities, manage delivery targets and ensure safety and quality across aircraft maintenance.
You will hold a UK CAA Part 66 Licence with B1 or B2 rating and guide a cross-functional team, coordinating resources and communicating with customers and stakeholders.
