Regulatory Technical Officer

We’re seeking a Regulatory Technical Officer to join a busy Housing Enforcement team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-stage housing experience who is looking to develop their enforcement knowledge and gain exposure to a broad range of regulatory work.

The Role

Working alongside experienced enforcement officers, your duties are likely to include:

• Supporting housing enforcement investigations
• Conducting Land Registry research
• Providing administrative support to enforcement teams
• Carrying out door-knocking exercises
• Assisting with basic property inspections
• Supporting case management and enforcement casework

About You

This role would suit:

• Junior Enforcement Officers
• Officers with 1-2 years’ housing experience
• Candidates looking to develop towards a full Enforcement Officer position
• Individuals with transferable experience within Private Sector Housing
• Organised and proactive professionals who are keen to broaden their regulatory knowledge
