Founding Talent Partner

Want to own the hiring engine at a growing startup?

I’m partnering with a technology company hiring a Founding Talent Partner to build its commercial teams across the UK and US.

You’ll own the work from first outreach to signed offer: finding people, getting replies, building relationships and helping hiring managers make good decisions.

You’ll also build warm pipelines for recurring roles and use funnel data to improve results.

I’d love to speak with people who have:

• Around 2-7 years of recruiting experience.
• Personally hired across sales, customer success, marketing or commercial operations.
• Worked within a startup, scale-up or strong recruitment agency.

Experience hiring customer operations or specialist service teams would also be useful.

Full-time, office-based in London.

£80K-£130K base, plus bonus and equity.
