E‑commerce Growth Manager: UK/US CRM & Offers

Ocean Bottle Co. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to own the performance of UK and US websites, CRM and referral programmes.

You will collaborate with the Growth team, report to the Director of Growth & Customer Experience, and ensure offers align with paid campaigns and brand storytelling. You will drive on-site merchandising, email automation, and referral initiatives while maintaining high standards of design, usability, and conversion.
