Project Manager – SaaS Implementations | Finance or Payroll

An established and growing SaaS software business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan and deliver mid-market software implementations, managing projects from initial planning through to successful delivery and go-live.

This is a hands-on project management role, not a consultancy position. The focus is on managing implementation projects from the vendor side, ensuring resources are planned effectively, milestones are achieved and customers receive a smooth delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver multiple SaaS implementation projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, resources and customer stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, resolve delivery issues and keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee implementations through to go-live and successful handover.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering SaaS implementations from the vendor side.
• Strong experience planning projects and managing resources.
• Experience delivering mid-market software implementations.
• Confident managing customers, internal teams and competing priorities.
• Finance or accounting software experience would be ideal; payroll systems experience would also be highly relevant.

We’re particularly interested in a strong, delivery-focused Project Manager who has managed software implementations and understands how to bring projects in on time and to plan.
