Senior Internal Audit Manager — Growth, Risk & Controls Leader

DFS Group is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager to lead in-house assurance across multiple domains, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic oversight. The role partners with the Group Head of Internal Audit to mature the function in line with IIA standards and to drive continuous improvement across the Group.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, delivering high-quality assurance, leading investigations when needed, and championing the new GRC tool rollout.
