Augusta & Co, part of the Mizuho Group, is a leading specialist financial advisory firm focused on the renewable energy and energy transition sectors. We advise developers, utilities, infrastructure funds and investors on M&A, capital raising and strategic transactions across Europe. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to play a leading role in the origination and execution of complex advisory mandates, supporting clients throughout all stages of the transaction lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers on business development initiatives, lead and mentor junior team members, and deliver high-quality financial analysis, transaction documentation and client advice. The role offers significant exposure to senior industry stakeholders and provides the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of the firm’s renewable energy and energy transition practice. You will work closely with the senior team of Managing Directors and Partners to generate and execute opportunities, assisting them in all marketing, origination and execution activities.
