Global Associate Tax Director – Intl Planning & Audits

Verizon is seeking a senior tax professional to lead non-US tax audits, planning and projects. You will guide tax planning activities, restructurings, and cross-border M&A outside the US, while coordinating with Associate and Senior Directors and various internal teams.

Responsibilities include managing tax audits and litigations outside the US, overseeing the corporate tax return, and maintaining relationships with Tax Authorities.
