Mercury Systems is seeking an accomplished commercial leader to shape and lead our growth strategy across EMEA.
Reporting to the SVP Growth, with a dotted line to the VP/GM EMEA, this high-impact leadership role will take responsibility for the complete Growth function across our EMEA locations. The successful candidate will develop our go-to-market strategy, strengthen senior customer and industry relationships, lead capture and bid activity, and build a thriving, organically growing EMEA business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and delivering the EMEA Growth strategy
- Leading and developing the Growth organisation across all EMEA sites
- Owning the regional go-to-market, capture and bid strategies
- Developing senior relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Representing Mercury Systems across industry and government relations
- Leading Growth forecasting, KPIs and gate reviews
- Contributing as a member of the EMEA Leadership Team
- Coaching and developing colleagues and direct reports
