JobDescription
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, youwill work as part of our fantastic and highly skilled in-houseSecurities Team. Supporting all stages of the conveyancing processfrom pre- contract to completion, you will be reviewing andprocessing requests related to loan security both from internal andexternal parties across our Commercial and Residential loans. TheSecurities Team is responsible for mitigating risk and groupexposure prior to loan approval by validating the proposal,together with the sustainability and enforceability of the loanpost decision.

Asa Conveyancing Paralegal, we are looking for someoneto:
- Review, assess and process titledocumentation and make recommendations within companySLA’s
- Develop an effective working relationshipwith other departments and stakeholders to ensure the customer’sneeds are met throughout thejourney
- Effectively communicate with keystakeholders to ensure security remains effective in allcases
- Make sure the company security relatedrecords are kept up todate
Qualifications
Candidateswith the following skills will be of particularinterest:
- PriorConveyance experience
- Strong knowledge ofProperty titles and Land Registrationprocedures
- Commercial Propertyexperience
- Legal experience relating toproperty
- Analytical/problem solvingskills
- Effective communicationsskills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications.
- Strong organisationskills
