Senior Manager, AML/CFT & Financial Crime (6–9m, Jersey)

IQ-EQ Jersey is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Crime Prevention to lead and enhance our AML/CFT framework. The role oversees compliance monitoring, regulatory obligations, risk management, policy governance, and stakeholder engagement within a maternity cover context of 6-9 months.

You will draft policies, liaise with the Jersey Financial Services Commission, map regulatory risks, assist with BRA, and report to senior management and the Board on AML/CFT compliance and governance.
