Senior New Business Growth Manager | Hybrid UK, £160k OTE

Databarracks is expanding its New Business team in London, offering a hybrid role (2 days in office) with a base salary up to £85,000 plus uncapped commission and an OTE of £160k. Reports to the Head of New Business and focuses on winning new UK customers.

You will own the full sales cycle, run discovery, manage multi-month deals, and collaborate with SDRs to grow pipeline and revenue. Training on disaster recovery is provided as needed.
