Propel is seeking an Account Director to lead luxury travel and wellbeing PR, partnering with the founders in a senior-led boutique agency. You’ll own key accounts, shape strategy and deepen media relationships across hotels, wellness retreats and conservation brands.

You’ll work closely with the founders, enjoy real autonomy, and have flexibility around hours while staying hands-on with delivery, prospects, and senior client counsel in London‑based settings.
