Quality Director, Semiconductor & AI Hardware

Fractile is seeking a senior Quality leader based in the UK to drive the development of our manufacturing quality systems across supplier, product, software and reliability. You will lead a quality team, embed quality gates in NPI, and ensure robust supplier audits and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have extensive semiconductor or electronics hardware quality experience, ISO 9001 expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex external manufacturing relationships.
