Head of Cash Compensation & Governance – Exec Director

SMBC Group in London is seeking a Head of Cash Compensation and Governance for the Total Rewards team. This Executive Director will lead salary and bonus governance across SMBC EMEA and partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance and HRBPs to translate the Total Rewards strategy into practical pay frameworks.

You will own the annual compensation review, governance papers, and cross-functional engagement with senior stakeholders.
