Tech Operations Engineer – 1st/2nd Line IT Support

Lawfront in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Technology Operations Engineer to deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support, device deployment and deskside services within a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support colleagues with day-to-day IT requirements, and contribute to technology rollouts and service improvements.

You will assist with onboarding, provisioning and asset management while enabling smooth operating performance across the business.
